Flange Surface weldling and sandblastion Protection
Technical Requirements:
- After tearing off the backing paper, it should easily adhere to the flange surface and can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue.
- Must be able to withstand a sandblasting pressure of 8 bar.
- Compatible with carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), duplex steel, and alloy flange materials; low chloride content (<50ppm), and must not cause pitting, discoloration, or corrosion on the flange surface.
- Suitable for hot work/welding areas; must withstand welding heat, sparks, and slag without melting or sticking.
- Should completely cover the entire sealing surface and be securely fixed to prevent detachment.
- Must have waterproof, dustproof, and UV (ultraviolet) resistant properties with an effective protection period of up to 2 years.
Delivery Requirements:
- Pre-cut to standard flange sizes.
- Size identification should be clear and individually packaged in waterproof bags.
- Should be accompanied by relevant certificates: chloride content testing report and compliance declaration.
